Moscow. July 6. Interfax-AVN - Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree that allows to assign the general designer for the creation of weapons specialists who do not have a scientific degree of "Doctor of Science".
In accordance with the changes in the position of general designer for the creation of weapons, military and special equipment, approved by Presidential Decree of 19 January 2015 number 18, entered glad changes, informs on Monday, the official portal of legal information.
One of the amendments imply that further academic degree "Doctor of Science" for a candidate in general designers must be present "as a rule" and not necessarily as before.
According to the document, after the adoption of the Military Industrialization Commission (MIC) of the RF solution, conferring powers designer general of the candidate it is in accordance with legislation is appointed to the post of deputy head of the organization, and is included in the board of the Russian military-industrial complex.
In accordance with the previously signed the decree of Vladimir Putin, general designer will be not more than 20. It was reported that five of them have been appointed to the post. Including - Yuri Solomonov, general designer of the corporation "Moscow Institute of Thermal Technology", which makes missiles for strategic nuclear forces of Russia.
