The crews of the Mi-28N and Ka-52, Mi-35M, Mi-8AMTSh, Mi-26, Ka-27 military aircraft of the Southern Military District (YUVO) 80% fulfilled the annual plan for the overall raid since the beginning of this year.

In the course of training flights the pilots YUVO air units stationed in the Rostov region, the Crimea, Krasnodar and Stavropol regions, held in the air a total of more than 11 thousand. H while the average flight crew was over 50 hours.

With a helicopter squadron District held about 10 aircraft and tactical exercises, which were attended by more than 500 pilots, onboard specialists and representatives of terrestrial services. The exercise involved about 100 helicopters and 50 units of special equipment.

Crews attack helicopters perform combat missile launches with extremely low altitudes, the elements of simple and complex piloting joint maneuvers in the composition of units in terms of air combat and approach the goal. Pilots transport helicopters practiced standards for loading and unloading of military equipment, ammunition and personnel.
